Glad to see that this round of financing comes "bought" at 0.55 CAD and only includes 1/2 a warrant per share at .0.75 CAD

good news is that this round of financing plus the current warrant exercises, and the warrants that will continue to be exercised as the transceiver development progresses should provide enough funding until commercial sales ramp up, all this meaning no reverse split needed, and no overhang from the expectation of another disaster financing like experienced in late 2016

this all continues to feel very real to me!
