Rory has told me they have not had even the legends removed from there's so..... what is your point? That Kodiak will be entitled to sell all at once, gradually, or none at all. Either way I don't believe their shares fall into the restricted securities rules, hence the 8k, initial put in December and so forth. So what is your reference to 144, and how does it related to my previous post? Along with 'the many other important details you say I omitted'?
