NO Bob and it is nothing other than all the sales from day 1. Nothing special to put out a special 8k or any other note. It was over time and of course the numbers are correct and were paid for over the years. That is it.

I would think that the commissions due on 8M in sales over any period of time would be worth mention, even if unpaid. Are you saying the 8M is a false number?
