It would seem to me that the answers to the questions below should be public knowledge. None the less, I will respect his "confidentiality" request even if not required by law, but it pisses me off because years ago I had 22 million shares and stupid faith that the company would recover. My shares after the R/Ss turned into 4 sh. worth .0004 at one time. So I have an axe to grind as do so many others. Some of the 15% payouts should have been posted which may have been positive news years ago.

I would think that the commissions due on 8M in sales over any period of time would be worth mention, even if unpaid. Are you saying the 8M is a false number?
But Facebook is VERY public, and if any of it is true shouldn’t it be mentioned in an 8K or financials even if uncollected?
