What’s ACS Selling it for? What’s the royalty for GaurdedID? All that times 8 million. Unless ACS is selling it for $1-2, there’s at a minimum of hundreds of thousands of dollars missing. Up to 8 figures could be missing depending on what ACS is selling it for.

So yes someone has to explain that money missing or someone has to explain why there was a false announcement to the public about sales. Both have triggered trade suspensions before.

Has anyone filled out an SEC complaint on this? If not, I will go ahead and do it. Those with broker licenses are obligated so I would think this has been done?
