Wording in the Motion for final decree.:

"IF A RESPONSE IS FILED A HEARING MAY BE HELD WITH NOTICE ONLY TO THE OBJECTING PARTY."

It probably means Fibertower will be notified of that hearing also, although that is not exactly what is written.

We are also not going to be notified of anything, even from the 'objectors', until this stage of the BK court is a done deal one way or another. Nice system isn't it.

And a hearing may not be held. I can imagine Fibertower lawyers argue the objectors have no standing before the court.

So much depends on whether the new judge takes the time to actually read the objections and consider the facts. Do we even know who the judge is that is appointed? Do you suppose Fibertower and AT&T know or not? LOL.
