AGAIN ... The formula was changed ... Keogh does not and cannot own and control every potential combination of the transfer agent plus other ingrediates combined ... unless the formula is EXACTLY the same, then Keogh doesn’t have a leg to stand on ... obviously the formula isn’t EXACTLY the same because the formula Keogh was mixing up didn’t work and I know from personal use that Vitastem does work very well ... No infringement, no case ... just noise IMHO
P.S. AGAIN ... just because Keogh’s case could potentially qualify to be refiled and heard doesn’t mean it could be won ... not even close ... it seems QUITE presumptuous to me to imply that
