The pressure is on him, yes, but he's afraid to back down from the mess he's made.
No doubt, congress will eventually have to re-write new rules, in order to get pass Jeff's move that makes all MJ illegal on all levels.
Jeff is trying to make it sound like he's mostly concerned about the big crooked dealers, but that still keeps state Government's nervous, because they don't know when the Fed's will shut them down if they continue to operate.

I'm all for re-writing the rules.
Then, UAMM can get their show on the road.
