Nothing added up or sliced out to this date.

Can the court now do one of three things?

1) close the case per the moving party? ( with or without further details of the transaction)

2) keep the case open until the scheduled date in 2019?

3) order a hearing based on the the objections filed by the petitioners/shareholders?
