picked up 100 shares of SVXY today at $11.48


They're looking to change SVXY to 0.5 scaling (which will be less volatile than a 3x stock ETF)

EU laws prohibit me buying any anyway (missed +20% gain to date, as the $11 limit order I had tried to place would have been filled). Sooner we Bexit out of their pathetic EU rulings/control the better - too often their regulations are full of holes, inconsistencies and catch-22's.
