Mickey, if it weren't for your positive drumbeat over the years, I would have bailed out in the 20's and regretted it today. You were right.

As it stands, I got a portion taken out at $100 last year which let me get out of some serious loans. Still holding a good chunk, hoping for more.

When I do redistribute, it's always just a bit. This is my main gamble.
