All I have been met with are desparate shareholders claiming it won't happen. No proof from the CEO.

Stockdarockk's post on the top of the board with POC says the CEO said there would be an RS. Sounds confirmed to me.

But SLAP THE ASK! It's the only way current shareholders are going to make any money. But then after you slap it and I've them profits, who is going to do the same for you?
