I thought they are only required to say they will be doing a buyback and up to how much. Not required to say when or during the process, only afterwards. I was in one ticker that stated they were doing a buyback, did it, put out a PR that it was completed and turned around and quietly diluted it all the way to R/S. POS!

I made it idiot proof! Then they sent me a better idiot.....
