Rules For Negotiating with N. Korea.

Rule One: NEVER Trust Them.

Rule Two. Don't offer them money.

What can be used:

* Offer to build plants in N. Korea. All NOK has to offer is labor. S. Korea is in the best position to do this. SOK companies can pay NOK to build infrastructure for the Plants. Any foreign company doing business in NOK must pay the labor directly. Don't pay the NKO Government and expect them to pass a fair wage to their people.

Working directly with the NOK people will show them the benefits of Capitalism.

Having company stores at the plants will help.

* Slowly start easing sanctions.

* Insist on regular, unfettered inspection of nuke and rocket facilities.

Where Should Trump & Un Meet?

Symbolically, the best place would be at the Winter Olympic facilities, but I think they may be in artillery range of NOK. And I think Trump would need to land at Seoul's Kimpo Airport. Also in artillery range and with a long drive to the Olympic Villager.

A good place would be within a short drive of The US Osan AFB. It's an hour and half bus ride straight south Seoul.

Maybe in China.

I think Trump will play this right. If anyone can get a meaningful agreement with NOK, it's Trump.

IMO.
