Two questions.

1. Why would illegal naked shorts ever have to cover?

2. What happens to the share price when a reverse split is announced or the limit is raised to 1.5 or 2 billion shares and tens of millions of shares are quickly dumped? I predict the price will drop under .10 faster than you can say "yay ASCO 2018!"
