Imo the debt no matter how its handled is not a problem considering the growth trajectory we are on. Steve has made clear his intentions to use future revenues to secure financing for growth The fact he hasn’t issued shares to satisfy this debt tells me he intends to keep his word and makes sense in keeping with the share reduction coming Imo he is negotiating another deal to satisfy this which also explains the delay on the audit. He has always kept his word and the issues that folks seem to be complaining about are (imo) misinterpreted consequences of Steve putting the interest of shareholders and the health of the stock first. that’s how I see it...if someone out there has a different perspective on whats goig on please explain and connect the dots for us. ONCI $$$$$. So to answer your question. Buy buy buy. Last time this moved to .003 it hovered for afew days and ran to .018. Glta
