I fully agree with your statement that the market needs a clear path and timeline from NWBO.

I suspect that they plan to provide this, but probably on the heels of the journal. Meanwhile, it looks like they are crossing and dotting all those t's and i's, and lining up all their pencils points up on the desk in prep for that day to soon come. Yesterday's 8-k likely being one of those.

And like you, I wish they had a bunch of millions sitting in their bank too. Maybe the blinded data will help with that.
