Jar, Agreed! This strategy occurred to me as well.

I did indeed receive harassing phone calls last time...several...and they're recorded and screenshotted as well. I also have voice-mails left to me on behalf of delcath from 2 private cell phone numbers; both are Arabic names and both are registered in Bloomfield, NJ.
(One of those individuals, as I described in a previous post, is a very disturbing connection to say the least).
In addition, of course, I received several calls from the actual toll-free delcath-vote number.

I couldn't believe it when I saw your post suggesting waiting till last moment to vote. When I, myself first conceived of that and considered it, I also considered that they'd get their way anyhow, just like last time. Another thing to factor into your/our equation is that, if you recall, they arbitrarily halted voting before the deadline last time and there were no repercussions for them for that...and that would certainly be a problem for last-minute voters.

I'm not a conspiracy-theorist, but I'm becoming highly suspicious that something nefarious is going on at delcath that involves something much bigger than chemosat.
Google Taleb Sahleb and tell me what in the world he has to do with delcath. I received at least 3 calls from his cell number during the harassment phase.
He's a very big wig in the Arab activist charities and foundations...particularly championing Palestinians with an agenda to do away with Israel. People tell me to keep politics out of the forum, but that's impossible when we have a bad-actor like this guy harassing people to vote For an RS for a company that he's only involved with somewhat clandestinely.
I'm still a shareholder but, after all these splits I'll prob be reduced to One dang share.
