Strategy on voting.

Everyone is posting that they have voted already. There is a good while until the deadline. I believe the early voting last time is what prompted the alleged harassment (I never received a call, so I can not confirm that actually happened) last year to get shareholders to change their vote. With everyone playing their cards early, the company knew the outcome was No.

IF we all held our aces in the hole (no vote) until near the end of the deadline, the company would not have time to harass shareholders in an attempt to get us to change our vote.

That tactic, of course, assumes 2 things, neither of which I believe are true.

First, it assumes that the vote is not already in the bag from basically giving away the farm on the latest offering.

The second assumption is that the company will abide by shareholders' direction on the vote. The vote was no last time, but we all know what happened. I doubt they would honor a no vote this time either.
