Again they filed one end of Oct 2017 not long ago compared to many others. And they addressed this issue in todays update. Suspensions are the last straw. Impacting a shareholder adversely is the last step they want to take.

"This will allow us to remove the “Stop” sign from the OTC Market quoting system. Shareholders will notice action in this sense in the coming few days, and management has set itself the goal to complete all required filings with the OTC Markets to become “Current Information” within 10 business day, and thus have the “Stop” sign removed."
