SkinnyD, Yes, I know, we are golden. Common shares were always saved from the beginning. Even the Judge made sure shareholders' best interest was important. If I can recall during earlier court proceedings, Judge Laurie Silverstein sent both parties back to the drawing board to ensure the shareholders were protected and things were fair for us too. I know Joe Hagan and his team are working very hard and diligently re-building SOUPMAN's brand based on the few press releases we have already seen. I know sometimes it takes time to get things were they need to be. Once Hagan gets things were they should be and finish cleaning up the olde regime's mess, SOUPMAN's pps will be non stop. For me, I'm happy I bought-in early.
