What has happened when I go to my broker to dump a worthless stock has resulted in what you see here.
I paid them to "make them go away" and it results in some 6 or 7 digit sale.
For me, it was as the result of getting wiped out by a R/S and it going to .0001 again. Also, in my case, the value of the stock is less than the commission and when I tried to sell on-line, it told me to talk to my broker.
Always figure the same thing has happened when I see this.
