T Trades are always massive dilution. There has been no share buy backs as there are ZERO form 4's. No company can buy back shares without filing form 4's! This guy has an address with a truck in his yard and he had a Gofund me page last year but now he is going to buy back shares of a non existent company with 25 billion shares? Sure! There has been adequate DD here posted by many showing this is a complete scam to sell shares and it is the worst one I have ever seen in my entire life IMO. I used to handle investments professionally, retired in the late 1980's then trade mostly big boards for myself and family since and some pennies here and there over the years. Bit I have never ever seen such a blatant scam as this one and I hope the SEC goes and get's this guy and shuts down this scam ASAP. I hate seeing penny stock scams eat up everyone's money out there and there are tons of them.
