From personal experience, T Trades during buybacks are a very positive sign. I've seen it before, and even though T-Trades are common on most stocks, the high volume T Trades is very indicative of the buyback progress. As I mentioned, it has to do with the company going through a broker/dealer to purchase the shares back and them buying under the L2 radar until the end of the day. I'll come up with some case studies for you guys, but what drew me into VTNL was the buyback, I've never had a bad experience with one and VTNL is no exception.
