Once cannabis is de-scheduled then insurance companies can help reduce the cost that the patient pays through utilizing a co-pay much like any other medication in the United States such as hydrocodone that is direcly impacting the opiate epidemic. The beneficial thing for $VAPE and Hive Ceramics is that they have a 14-year medical grade patent that let's them distribute to stores and even dispensaries. This is the beggining of the cannabis industry because not all of the states have passed medical cannabis legislation. The timing for a bounce play is on news but it will ultimately drop back down to current levels without some type of medical claim submitted to and documented by the FDA.
