“As for the audited financials, the company will work through the final information that is required for completion and when complete will be submitted. The company is not going to pass on an estimated time frame or suggest that it could be completed Friday, or next week Wednesday or any other guidance on this specific matter any further.”

I believe this ended all future FORMAL communication on the matter.
