i dont even know if i have ever had goose at all, much less smoked, but if its like duck or turkey, it should be yummy.
this pressure cooker is soooooooo easy and safe.. not at all like the pressure cookers of the old days. i was never going to get one, then saw some ladies use them on youtube and it had great reviews.
the key is not to open the vent when its done, just let it vent slowly for about 15 mins, then release it and you can open it.
