One of these days, I'm going to learn the pressure cooker. Mom used one a lot, I'm sure those ribs were nice and tender. Your meal looks delicious, thanks for sharing the picture.

My buddy and I went out in the blowing snow yesterday afternoon to catch the bait. I'm going to be picking him up soon to go try and catch the real fish.

A co-worker loves to goose hunt. The snow geese are in our area and he has been shooting quite a few. I talked him into trading me some of the goose meat for some of my fish. I want to marinade it, then cook it on the smoker.
