Robert, let me clarify one thing.. 17 times sales is absolutely extreme. For CYRX, it's not.. Here's why.
To duplicate the CryoPort solution(s) would be difficult, not impossible, but difficult.. Time and capital associated with such an event, years and maybe low 8 digits.. Then you have the patents on the containers, a very sticky customer list, (deeply embedded into the CYRX solutions) tax losses (alone could be worth $3.00 or $4.00 per share) and CYRX is debt free.. If a larger well capitalized entity was to absorb CYRX, they could do a lot more with CYRX under their wings, obviously.. And the ROI could be accretive rather quickly..
