Squirt....I don't know about BK laws, but I closely follow BK stocks...any I can find. BK might not be a bad thing for a company, but it's the worst thing for a stockholder. That is if you hold your shares until they emerge from BK. 99% of the time shareholders are left holding the bag with NOTHING.
The emerging co issues new shares to be sold, past shareholders ger NONE!
