I would read the past 20 25 posts. That might give you some ideas of to why they have a gag order and why you haven't heard anything. Some people's opinion is the company is buying back shares and has been for a while up to 25% of the daily volume and they are retiring them and reducing share count as we speak.

This could also easily explain the price manipulation that we've been witnessing for the past few weeks.

So it's possible that the company could announce a new share count with the ticker change and a new ta agent all at the same time.

All speculation of course.
