Cool Technologies Inc (WARM)

An algorithm not a person wrote this article. Check out that the text is the same, but the numbers replaced to indicate the other stock. So the algorithm has a script with a few blanks that it fills by accessing metrics about a particular stock. Its designed to evaluate companies in business not start ups that have never brought in a dime of revenue. WARM looks horrible because they have been around since 2011 spent ~40 million in investors money and never brought in a dime.
But you gotta love our exaggerating/lying CEO. This from the Feb 20th PR "But that’s just the beginning for Cool Technologies, which will be profitable from the start and ..." In his mind WARM is going to start out profitable. The current state and the past 7 years never happened in his mind. He has yet to 'start' this company.

I just hope that something fishy isn't going on. Its strange that no one has gotten wind of the existence of actual customers. These guys have a long history in engineering yet his declaring they will be profitable hasn't brought in investments from people who he knows and works with and trusts what he says. Does that reflect something about his reputation. I never expected to be at this point 1 year and 3 months after they officially finished their product the 2 or 3rd time last Jan. So I fear this is another trick.
