Hundo percent serious.

The same people who helped kick start the PCBM, CMKX and Marco Glisson complaints have proceeded with initiating the Hodges complaint this week. Hodges made a market to dump unregistered shares much like Marco. No difference between the two.

Except Hodges went full stupid when he lied about claiming to represent 50,000 shareholders and really went stupid when he lied about a trust being in existence. There is none. Zilch. He really screwed himself by claiming the DOJ signed off on the trust settlement. Beyond screwed his bald doofus self.

He can go to jail for dumping unregistered shares too. His lies and fraud are done this year.
