I think we all need to start talking more about SEC and FINRA investigations infor VERT and Susquehanna. These two companies I believe are not following trading rules and need to be investigated by the SEC. VERT was fined in 2014 for fraud for $400,000 and the two guys were fined $50,000 and the other $15,000. I’d there is fraud happening and they follow these boards, they know we will be contacting the SEC and FINRA to investigate possible manipulation. Let’s put targets on their backs for the SEC And FINRA. If they are trading fraudulently and they are reading this board....they will know we’re on to them and they will stop! I find it odd that I mentioned this just a couple days ago and now they seem to have disappeared. Coincidence? Possibly, but you never know.
