Janey, apparently many of us have ridden the same horse. Probably Mermelstein and Ebrie haven't. They're both too smart.

Guess the house is a worse loss than a Bentley.

Perhaps TPNL will provide the house, contingent upon the # of shares you've accumulated. I'll have enough for the Bentley or Lambo, but have out grown that ostentation. However, the Lambo has certain properties that I'd still like to experience. LOL that can't be discussed here.
