P was trading at ess than $10 per share on the last days before the lockout and it was when I bought more and converted all of my U into P. I also bought H when it was trading at less than 3 and I got more than $10 in return afterward.

This is not a prudent thing to do at all but that day, I used all of my cash to buy securities of a BK company but the reason that I did is because it is a sure thing and all written and defined in POR 7. So you just do the math and you can see that you will profit for sure, a no brainer.

For PIERS (H shares) I don't understand why it could traded at less than 3 when it was well spelled out in POR 7 that each share will be paid more than $9 per share (more than $10 at the end with interest income).

For P, with the conversion ratio to WMIH shares, you will get a 2X return instantly if WMIH traded more than $1 per share which it did. Even if the P gets nothing for payment from escrow, just the WMIH shares alone will return more than 2X.
