Wade, the S&P500 forward PE is 17.1 not 20.

I highly doubt we get a bear market this year. My guess would be in 2020. However volatility is back to normal levels and that's healthy. The abnormal extended period of an "up only" market is over. That's a good thing for savvy, opportunistic traders.
