If you click on the link I provided, you will see the Registered Trademark for the technology Keough owns and plans to use going forward. You will not see the name ViaDerma, Phillips, or Otiko on the Live Trademark record.

Again, this isn't about abandonment. It's about the core technology known as Site Specific Penetration Technology and how Keough acquired the tech directly from Phillips for $300k. Otiko didn't buy it. He allegedly stole it, advertised it as his own, diluted it, and is now trying to get it patented as if he was ever an inventor. Those are the essential claims that Otiko could not get Dismissed. Now Keough can refile and prove these claims to the court.

Are you referencing the IP that Keough doesnt own any more? The one he couldnt care about and abandoned, only to care about it when someone else owns it?
