Kwave alternate start date gives 2022-2023 as endpoint target.

While the research article I read considers the starting point 1974-198, the largest dec cline during 1966-1980 occurred ending June 1970, a drip of approx 43 pct. With that as starting point the 52-53 wavelength gives 2022-2023 as target, backed up with 6.5yr and 13yr cyclic targets.
