In the same release, it states that SIGO would receive all the money and give REI their cut. SIGO is moving the money around because they are licensed to do so. REI is putting up the money, but SIGO is doing the act of buying. That is what I meant.

6. The Company shall receive all the funds and pay REI Extracts its portion semi-monthly.
