Doc,

Thank you for your extended view, I know how most battle-hardened longs feel about NWBO management and the science. I wonder what NWBO management has to do for any of you to raise some serious question.

Let me just respond to some of the points you are making. First. The WF investigation into the payment to Cognate did not take two facts into consideration. First is the idiotic payment (in shares) of late which has become so much more bizarre than at the time of the investigation and second and most important the recent sales of Cognate.

Blaming WF for the low SP and dilution is nuts. His decision to stop investing should raise serious doubts around NWBO management, not at WF! Are you seriously blaming an investor to stop investing in what you yourself said:

"I certainly can understand why an investor or even analysts would see things as you do".?

Come on investing indirectly in Cognate so LP can get very rich after selling the Cognate? And then congratulating herself for putting millions in her own pocket wow. Then there is the theory that WF was not allowed to invest any further, BS. Blaming WF for the low SP and dilution is the same as blaming dikes to not hold a storm. Its LP who should have shored the dikes in the beginning but she was too busy with her own personal gain.

One can also wonder why there has not been a second WF investing in NWBO. There are many biotech funds like WF out there.

You are right about one thing:

"The bottom line is that Linda Powers could probably care less how we feel about how she gets to to the finish line."

. It does come with a heavy price for early investors.

Then you say this:

"When Linda saw that L would be a winner I believe she decided to maintain her focus on that for business as well as personal reasons which is one reason why I believe we have not moved on to Direct earlier apart from patent claims and improvements."

Not as well personal reasons, especially and foremost personal reasons.
The NWBO focus has been most and foremost on production which has now been sold for personal gain. Period. There are tons of bio techs startup with multiple trials going on.

My bottom line in NWBO is this: The trial will most probably succeed in spite of LPs misjudgments and focus on personal gain, not because of her efforts.

Ooh and another thing if NWBO management would have done what they should have done Direct would have been in the end stage of its trial L would have been on the market saving many lives, big investors would have boarded and stayed on board, SP would have so much bigger against low dilution etc
