Delisting takes place after trading today. Thanks AMEX/SEC for doing God's work!! Too bad AMEX didn't get alimony and child support payments from Huff. But that's ok, because Huff still has Several GTE children( divisions of GTE) he's trying to personally support with the remaining $1.2 million or so in cash. You can be sure, HUff will continue to take donations to help keep his welfare organization going, until it finally goes belly up, and then HUff's GTE children will need to get the real welfare checks from the U.S. Government.

GTE is a joke told during bathroom breaks between contract teams buying Verizon, Motorolla, CISCO, VIMPLECOM, Nokia products. Nobody can seriously recommend GTE. Pull the D&B report, and you see a company in shambles. Pull the SEC fillings, and you see cash burn at its best. Hmmm... do I really want to buy long-term into a company run by an arrogant yet incompetent money loser, with little cash, 34 cent stock, and now little ability to raise new money, nobody interested in taking over the company and putting Huff in his place? Or should I contract with a professionally run company like Verizon or Motorolla, guaranteed to stay in business, and follows American business norms, and doesn't have the voodoo egotism of a delusional one-man show.

Bye, Bye Huff. Today is your last day doing business on the amex.
