Verifiable shareholder Experience with VTNL

1. Looking around at VTNL corporate office/home on google maps-6500 Live Oak Drive Kelseyville, CA 95451 . This does not look like much of a corporate office to me.

2. In addition I send a request for information through their website 2 months ago and never got a response.

3. Tried calling during business hours and not even an answer machine.

4. Control of the company has been going back and forth between of couple of people for the past 6 months.

5. Went from 209M shares to 1.2B shares since about October and now 25 b is authorized. Hardly what you do if you publicly state you are buying back.

6. Any buy back is really just in a press release at this time.

7. And anyone can project sales. Until it is in the bank it is just talk.

8. There are a few other companies selling the same items.

9.VTNL is not manufacturing this items themselves, merely private labeling for resell. Anybody could do that seriously.

So people do your own DD. I have! Owned 750,000 shares and sold couple of days ago!
