Our Business
We are a development stage company in the blockchain technology sector, and our goal is to bring greater understanding, education, security and cost transparency to those blockchain based solutions and services that we intend to build and deliver. We intend to develop a cryptocurrency trading exchange platform, a secure data storage platform and a secure media platform, all of which we believe will reside on a smart contract based blockchain platform; however, no assurance can be given that we will be able to successfully build such a platform. We anticipate that all of the foregoing solutions will be accessed via our custom virtual private network, also known as a VPN. In addition, we anticipate that our solutions will be able to function commercially independently of each other, giving the consumer freedom of choice of which solutions they register for. Users would follow on - boarding instructions and provide all required information to comply with Anti - Money Laundering and Know Your Customer regulations with customers able to choose which specific solutions they wish to then utilize. Our targeted market is those who trade in cryptocurrency and we anticipate that our trading platforms which we intend to develop will provide accessibility for both private and commercial users.
Data Platform
The secure data storage platform that we intend to design shall be marketed for use by private and public users including businesses and individuals that require additional storage for their data. In addition, we are also targeting consumers that are looking for improved security and privacy. We expect that our secure data storage platform will provide a cost - effective approach to data storage, while delivering enhanced security for users and improved ability to recover lost content. We believe using blockchain technology for data storage creates a data storage option.
Media Platform
The secure media platform that we intend to design shall be marketed to the growing social media user base and we anticipate that such platform will introduce users to a new system of data ownership, data creation and approval. The platform will deliver content relying upon a decentralized community (as discussed below) and automated systems to publish content to the public domain. We believe that the platform we intend to develop will integrate three types of users: readers, creators of content and those that authorize the publication of content (which we refer to as the decentra lized community). We believe that our platforms will rely upon web applications, mobile applications, custom PC/server - based software and cloud technology.
Trading Exchanges
We believe tha the crypto trading exchanges we intend to develop will be designed to meet the needs of consumers interested in buying, selling, trading and storage of a variety of digital and fiat currencies. We intend to differentiate our trading platforms from our competitors by focusing on the following:
• Utilizing a safe and decentralised portal for cryptocurrency trading.
• Educating those new to blockchain and cryptocurrencies by demonetarising how to participate safely and securely in our potential product offerings, before any purchases, as further detailed below.
• Charging market leading prices for our services which are transparent to consumers.
• Providing incentive rewards to those helping to power and secure our solutions and services.
Multi - Coin Smart Wallet
We intend to develop a multi-coin smart wallet that we anticipate will streamline activity and allow users to manage their portfolios within a single interface and will also allow users to use the web and software wallets to easily transition between our exchanges. The web based wallets will be backed up in the cloud as further detailed below while the software wallets will not be backed up in the cloud and users will be responsible to back up their own cryptocurrency.
Web based Wallets
We intend to develop webbased multi-coin wallets, and we plan to achieve this by relying on third party cloud providers to store our user’s cryptocurrency. When users log off from the platform their cryptocurrency will be backed up in the cloud, unless their balance is required for an active trade.

We intend to rely on the tools and resources listed below to educate and improve user experience. Help tools, trial mode videos, tutorials, forums, customer service live chat and Q&A.
Anticipated Development and Launch
Subject to raising at least $7,000,000 in our next round of financing, we believe that we will be able to develop and launch all of our solutions over the next 18 months.
