Yes, they talked about it 3 years ago but at that time before the oil price collapse they thought that it would take less time to find a partner. If they would list on a senior exchange they must most probably do a reverse split, and thats not often positive among investors. If they had done it 3 years ago without partner and without money they would have only suffered from the costs being listed, and probably failing on some of the requirements of a senior listing regarding share price and cash position.
Now they have a partner and yet again they aim for a senior listing, however they still need to do a reverse split, and they still have a thin cash position, and if Canoe and Tau fails and Delek pulls out they would go back close to where we were 1 year ago.
So there are many steps and things to think about on the way getting a senior listing...
