Seems to me that Louden Owen is in the business of getting companies going then selling them off to the highest bidder to take them over and move them to the next level. When looking at his main webpage here http://mcleanwatson.com, one can see his business strategy. I would bet that is his plan too for Utopya phones. I could be wrong, unless the capital brought into them changes their business strategy.
