Fair enough and well stated. I guess we will have to wait and see what the 20-F for 2017 has to offer and go from there.

Convertibles are in effect here though, no doubt as per the reluctant 6-K disclosing them and at least they met their legal requirement there.

So far the debt holder has indeed been mitigated in their selling into the market, but take note of the creeping downward VWAP and act accordingly, if one is to hold or trade this security.

Personally I don't think it is worth either.
