THIS STOCK WAS WAY OVERSOLD and should never have been trading under .02 pps after the news issued mid January 2018.

This took only 1 mil in volume to move back to .012 pps and that was BEFORE the 8K came out at 5pm after market closed Thursday. Document shave been loaded up since then ....that shareholders should definitely peruse as well.
