O/S=5.2 BILLION shares with an A/S of 10 BILLION.(11-30-17 Balance Sheet). Are they looking to do another R/S?? Company appears to be gaining momentum, however with such a large o/s and pending Larger A/S, is a R/S their only way out? Balance sheet shows that interest payments killed the profits last year.
