Please explain in greater detail.

My estimate of PPS after merger if 200 billion come is 3 billion shares wuld a book value of $70 pps 1 bil to KKR and NSM and 2 billion to Retail. And then comes the multible of 5x eventually of $350 a shares if no splits. IMO from the Easter Bunny club :)
